Clinical Pilates at Harley Street

Share

Previously our services at the Harley Street Clinic have included Osteopathy and our Sports injury Clinic. We are now proud to be able to provide our intensive rehabilitation clinical pilates sessions to the clinic.

Clinical Pilates is a very different form of pilates which is carried out on a one to one basis rather than a small group pilates session. This means that the progression is more tailored for the individual and can be adapted to be made more or less difficult based on the specific ability and requirements of the individual.

Our clinical pilates instructor is keen to see you progress quickly back to full health and in working order to continue enjoying your body again.
