OSTEOPATH

Anna Kuligowska

I graduated from the London School of Osteopathy in 2024 and am now a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).

Before becoming an Osteopath, I worked as a personal trainer in the UK, Poland, and Italy. However, I always wanted to learn more about injuries and understand how to help my clients recover in a natural and holistic way. This passion led me to pursue a career in osteopathy. I love being able to help my patients achieve their goals, whether it’s managing pain, improving mobility, or learning about the mechanisms of injury to improve their quality of life.

In my practice, I primarily use a structural approach to osteopathy, but I also incorporate functional and cranial osteopathy techniques to tailor treatments to each individual’s needs and preferences. I often provide lifestyle advice, exercise routines, kinesio taping, and sports massage techniques to relieve pain and promote healing.

Outside of work, I enjoy resistance training, Pilates, yoga, walking in nature, and reading.

I have qualified as an Osteopath in 2024. During my time at university I gained experience in treating patients of any age with chronic, as well as acute, pain. I am interested in developing my skills in the cranial osteopathy, and I frequently attended courses to develop my knowledge and skills.
